Shabby-Chic 45th Birthday Party in Avalon, NJ

I'm so excited to show you guys this awesome Event! Our client, Brigitte, called me about 1 month ago and asked if we could possibly throw together a Shabby-Chic / Epic Surprise Party for her husband, Leo, at their beach house in Avalon, NJ. Obviously the answer was YES! If we have availability on the weekend, you'll find us hard pressed to say no to our clients! We gathered some of our favorite vendors together, created custom signage, sent invitations via Paperless Post and we planned a party! The color scheme was Navy, White and accents of Gold, with a Shabby Beach vibe thrown in there every chance we got!

Little fun fact, this entire event was supposed to be outside - on their top and bottom wrap around deck, by the pool, in the backyard, etc. and as you can see the event was mainly indoors! The one thing a planner can't control is... the weather! We had to create a Plan B and C which ended up being half indoors and half outdoors for when the rain stopped and it ended up being perfect!

Let's take a look at this last-minute, yet epic, 45th celebration by the beach!

These signs were in the foyer right when the guests walked in, the perfect way to enter a party!

​My absolute favorite lounge set EVER! I brought the Shabby-Chic vibe into this lower deck with the help of White Glove Rentals. Towards the end of the night, we had guests sitting down on this lounge set to eat their dinner, have their cocktails and chit chat!

​(Don't tell anyone but this is where Sam and I hungout too!)

Custom Cigar Bar by Kyle Michelle Weddings and Events - any chance to use the Cricut, we will spruce everything up! 

Hi! Fun fact - this is all plastic-ware... Yup! Throw away plates, napkins and flatware! This makes a smaller Event so much more efficient and fun! No worrying about glass breaking or washing any dishes... Love this!

This is probably my favorite table design! The guest of honor, Leo, was a huge golfer, so I wanted to incorporate that within the design of the signage and the floral scape. Also, these golf balls were LED and were glowing all night long! 

​Just so much fun and so different!
