Bachelorette parties are commonly know as "The Last Fling Before The Ring". This is typically where the bride gathers up her bridesmaids, friends, and family for a night full of drinking, dancing, and a few other things... But, we know that there is no "one type of bride", just like there is no "one type of wedding"! So here are just a few of our favorite ideas for bachelorette parties!!
Bachelorette parties for the bride who..
Pop that wine cork and celebrate the wine-loving, bride in your life! You can do this at a local winery or (if you're feeling adventurous) Napa Valley!
Fun Suggestion: Channel your inner "I Love Lucy" and try stomping grapes while you visit a winery for your bachelorette party! It is something so memorable that your bride will never forget!!
Is a fitness guru
A yoga retreat is the perfect get away for the yogi, bride-to-be in your life! After all who wouldn't love a weekend of pampering and stretching!?
Fun suggestion: If you are near the water, try SUP (stand up paddle) board yoga!! I promise it is just as fun as it sounds!!
Just wants to have fun
For the bride who "Just wants to have fun" try a bar crawl in the city nearest you! Grab the bride and her girls, hop in a stretch limo, and hit the town!!
Fun Suggestion: *If you're from the South* Nashville is one of the best locations for bar crawls. With music flowing into the streets from every direction, great weather, and tons of bars right next door to each other, you cant go wrong!!
Doesn't like to drink
Don't drink? No problem!! Have a lingerie/ bachelorette party!! There is no drinking required, just a ton of fun!!
Fun Suggestion: Play the Bachelorette underwear game!! For those who don't know what this is.... Each member of your bridal party brings a pair of underwear and drops them into a box upon entering the party. The bride will then guess which pair belongs to whom!
Loves to travel
A bachelorette party is the perfect excuse to travel to a fun, new location with your besties!
Fun Suggestions: USA-California, Vegas, Nashville, Dallas, Chicago, Florida, The Jersey Shore, NYC
Is really a mermaid
For the bride who absolutely LOVES the water.. you could do something as simple as a day trip to the nearest lake or ocean. If you're feeling adventure (and have a budget that allows you to splurge) you could do a Cruise or a girls trip to Mexico or the Bahamas!!!
Fun Suggestion: If you are having a day trip to the nearest lake or ocean make it a little more special by renting a boat for a few hours. The price split between a few friends should make it reasonable for a great day your bride will remember forever!!
Have a great time!!
