We met the MOB, Marie almost a year before her daughter had gotten engaged. But even at that time she knew an engagement was in the future. From the minute we met Marie, we hit it off! Lucky for us after her daughter Tiffany and Josh were engaged she called us! They planned a beautiful wedding in Crozet Virginia at King Family Vineyard. Yep, it's spectacular! We were excited to travel to Virginia and keep the day running smoothly for Tiffany and Josh, not to mention Marie. We had a great time Pinning ideas in the realm of keys, baby's breath, and beautiful purple accents. We honestly couldn't wait for this wedding! Tiffany was going for a low "key", no pun intended, baby's breath, earthy sort of feel. Her dress was beautiful lace and most of the decor consisted of baby's breath and candles. However when it came to her bouquet, Tiffany wanted that POP of purple! We worked with A Garden Party to get Tiffany exactly what she wanted. This could be the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen!!!! And if you have been following our blogs you may notice this donut cart we featured months ago. Yep, it was at Tiffany's wedding and they were delicious! The perfect treat for this perfect wedding! The weather was perfect, the venue was breathtaking, the bride was stunning and we had a blast!!!!! Thank you Tiffany & Josh (and Marie too!)

When you think of Cape May, NJ (in the wedding world) there are some staple venues you think of; Congress Hall, The Chalfonte, Hotel Alcott and The Southern Mansion. Cape May is a city saturated with 19th century, Victorian Architecture that drips with romance. I happen to be a tiny bit obsessed (ok, a lotta bit) with history, especially the Victorian Era, so Cape May is my shangri-la! Meredith and John had their ceremony at the beloved Cape May Bed & Breakfast, The Southern Mansion with the reception at the Hotel Alcott. It was a flawless day with fantastical skies, matchless weather (for July) and an abundance of southern hospitality. The Southern Mansion Meredith & John at the Hotel Alcott before they saw each other. John's family are Tennessee natives and brought the south to us yankees. It's been a long time since I have experienced that many altruistic people in one space. I just love this picture of the bridal party! We can not get enough of this fever for food trucks at weddings! Meredith and John had Kona Ice, a snow cone truck! Thank you Meredith and John for letting us be a part of your gorgeous wedding!
