Ahhhhhhhhhh!! Okay, now that I got that out of the way…we LOVE this couple!!! Ariana and Ever were rightfully completely and unapologetically themselves throughout the entire planning process and their day reflected it perfectly! This wedding was a massive celebration (i.e. party, bash, blast, fete, merriment, etc.) of two amazing people who love each other and we can not explain how honored we were that they picked us to be a part of their day. Our first time meeting Ariana and Ever was at Old City Coffee in Philadelphia, PA. I don’t remember much of our conversation being about weddings. Instead, we chatted and laughed like old friends who hadn’t seen each other in years. We learned about each other, gossiped and realized we were in love with them. Much like the rest of Ariana and Ever's wedding, they wanted a first look that was totally them. Having their families involved was important. So what's better than having their brothers stand between them and share a moment together before stepping aside to reveal the brides to each other? Is this not perfection?!?! We were so excited to set up the ceremony in a circular fashion. Ariana and Ever wanted to make sure they were surrounded by their family and friends as they took the biggest step in their relationship. Erika and Andrew from Chicory Florals came in and worked their magic on this beautiful Chuppah. And of course, Ariana's amazingly crafty self who crocheted the Chuppah herself. During the ceremony Rabbi Linda told a story of how she asked the girls how they wanted to be presented to their family and friends and that the girls looked at one another and said, "Call us bashert, because that is what we are." (Bashert is a Yiddish word that means destiny or in terms of a spouse, soulmates.) It was so much fun setting up this wedding! The beautiful, eclectic pieces of china were collected by Ariana's mother throughout the planning process to use on their day. This picture is absolutely everything!! Thank you Carina for capturing this! Ariana & Ever, we loved being a part of the planning process with you and being with you on your day. Thank you for allowing us to share this with you! One of our June brides Ariana (pictured above) rocked a two-piece wedding gown that was perfectly tailored to her taste and we could not have imagined her in anything more fitting! Ariana's wedding photos were captured by Love Me Do Photography. Some of our favorite brides are the ones who dress for themselves on their wedding day and never miss an opportunity to showcase their fun sense of style. Here are a few wedding dress trends that we love for the bride who is unapologetically herself! Something Blue A pale blue wedding gown is unexpectedly elegant and adds a touch of whimsy to your bridal look. This color is stunning yet simple paired with a white bouquet. In Full Bloom Flowers can be more than just an accessory for your big day. These floral print wedding dresses are sweet, unique and garden wedding chic. Cropped to Perfection
A two piece wedding gown might seem like a bold choice for your wedding day, but these separates keep it classy while making a statement. The difference in fabric on top and bottom adds texture for a beautiful contrast, and tops with sleeves maintain an air of innocence when showing a sliver of midriff down the aisle. It's official! You call up your friends and you're like: You ask them to be your bridesmaids and they're like: All your mom's dreams have finally come true: You start talking budget and your dad's like: When you call the venue you want but they don't have your wedding date available: You sit down to plan the guest list and your future mother-in-law's immediately all: She starts talking about how so and so can't be sat next to what's his name and you're like: Explaining to your dad why "Insert Girl You Haven't Spoken To Since High School's Name Here" isn't making the invite list: When your fiance suggests allowing the guests to bring their children: When the first wedding dress boutique isn't up to your standards: You decide to give yourself some time to get in shape before round two: You've sent out the invites and you're feeling excited: When someone you were on the fence about inviting says they can't make it: Walking into to the menu tasting like: When you find out how much its gonna cost per plate: You realize you're gonna have to tell your parents this will cost more than you planned: Your bridesmaids are all like: Explaining to everyone why spending this much money on your vision is important: You assure them it will all be worth it when your wedding day is as fabulous as you are:
