"When I tell you, day of, walking into the reception, I was SPEECHLESS! " It is a feeling and a gratefulness that is impossible to put into words just how happy I am to have worked side by side with the absolute BEST! The Kyle and Michelle Team is someone I would recommend to everybody- from the very beginning, KMW organizes their business in a way that made their support focused on what work best for my interests and needs, and I felt that love and kindness all the way through the process. I was lucky enough to be matched up with the very best, super creative, kind and dedicated Erin. Weddings can be so much and stressful, and I have to tell you, working with KMW and Erin made it such a fun and enjoyable process (even to the point that it made me feel like I could be in the industry myself it was so much fun to create the day!) When any issues arose, like our rehearsal dinner canceling on us, I didn’t panic because I knew Erin would be right there for me, and the VERY NEXT DAY, we figured out an even better option for our Friday night rehearsal. Erin even got us special access for a beautiful rooftop for our first look, and so many other small things I could not have done on my own. Erin was on every call with every vendor, and was able to speak up for my needs and make sure we got the very best of everything. Our vendors were a team of such talent, and Erin really had such amazing and creative ideas, and made sure to share the best vendors that could make our vision come to life. I couldn’t imagine having to deal with anything else leading up to the wedding, and I could just enjoy being a bride and getting married fully with the KM team totally handling everything, including welcome bags and designs for rehearsal dinner, etc. I already miss chatting with Erin every day, and she just had this ability to be direct and so kind and helped encourage me to feel good asking for what I wanted, and she made sure all was in my best interest and budget. I was part of the full planning process and had an image of the room in my head, but Erin’s collaboration with me and the vendors made it quite literally the most beautiful room and wedding I’ve ever seen! My husband (yay) and I still talk about how absolutely beautiful and surprised and excited we were, and our families were just as blown away! I didn’t have to think about anything the day of the wedding, and Erin even found solutions to things the day before I didn’t even know we’re happening (the vendor had lost our silverware color we wanted, and Erin found replacements that’s ere exactly the same, and got our money back and I had no idea that even happened until a week after the wedding)! day of, Erin brought the best team who were all so positive and such the energy you want to be around on your wedding day with Paige and Kristin! The day was sooo smooth, and even after it was over, I still didn’t have to think about a single thing, since they got everything back into our hotel room, and brought flowers to be all set up for Sunday brunch. Erin is AMAZING, and that’s not even doing her justice. From constant communication, to monthly checklists, to making sure every aspect of our wedding mood board was brought to life, Erin went above and beyond for our big day. We relied on Erin for every detail of our reception and she made sure that everything was perfect. There are several small details couples may overlook, but Erin made sure all those things were covered: tips for our vendors, a cake knife that looks good in pictures, candles to fill white space, pens for our guest book, and many many more. Do you want to enjoy your own/your daughter’s wedding? I mean really enjoy it: with complete abandon, freedom and joy? Do you want to look back and know that it was a spectacular event and you wouldn’t have changed anything? Assuming your answer is “YES!” , then definitely hire Kyle Michelle Weddings for your wedding planner! Kristin shepherded (is that a word?) us through initial planning through to the final bus departure from the Fairmount Horticulture Center at about midnight at the conclusion of the wedding. I see hiring Kyle Michelle Weddings as a splendid choice, borne out of necessity (I live in Idaho, my daughter lives in D.C. and the wedding was in Philly, and I needed a local expert). We had 140 guests at the wedding. I think I have heard from at least 100 of them (that night, the following morning, via text, via email, via phone call) that the wedding was, “the BEST wedding they had ever attended”, “Magical”, “EPIC!”, “Legendary”. ~Marty & Mike |

I just got married over the weekend and I couldn’t wait to write a review for my favorite people. Kristin and her team from Kyle Michelle weddings absolutely made my dream winter wedding a reality! From the initial planning brainstorming meetings, to choosing vendors, conference calls and everything in between- they were truly amazing. Kristin became my mom and I’s best friend by the end of the fabulous year of planning. I’m so sad that the wedding is over, because that means I won’t get to chat with kristin and her team daily now :( - that’s how much I loved them! They are all so talented and so pleasant and fun to work with. My bridal party loved them too! I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Kristin and her group of girls. My wedding guests will be raving for years on how fun and flawless my wedding was because of them! Wedding Day - "they were so fantastic. We had a ton of moving parts happening, especially with several modes of transportation with deadlines in heavy traffic in center city Philadelphia on a Friday afternoon, and everything was perfectly on time and if there was an issue, I never heard about it. Kristin and MegHan and their associate planner were perfectly calm, composed, professional, and organized throughout the entire day. My bouquet arrived wrong from our florist - and they were on it immediately to make sure it got fixed. They worked seamlessly with our other fantastic vendors and knew many of them personally/professionally."

"Going into our wedding, I knew I needed help, but was unclear on exactly what I needed (I never realized there were so many little parts to planning a wedding!). I knew I wanted to pick my own vendors (with some advice), have a hand in some of the design, but as Kristin gave her input and advice I felt like I wanted to hand everything over to her (and almost wished I had just had her design the whole thing!). Kristin is especially great at handling panic attacks via e-mail. Because I was so far from my florist, Kristin was happy to meet with her on my behalf and convey my Pinterest ideas. Without them, we would have been lost. I felt so comfortable knowing exactly how things would run. On the day of, everything came together perfectly."

"Kyle Michelle made our wedding day a dream come true. We are still in awe at how committed they were to every detail and their flawless execution. Three weeks after our wedding, what sticks out most to me is their calmness the whole day. Upon arriving, the site manager said to me "well, there's no power." When my now wife arrived, and asked Kristin what was going on, they told her "nothing is wrong!" See, if you asked them first, they'd know not to tell a bride on her wedding day such things.

There is so much going on the day of your wedding, and they know what you're thinking and what you need before you even verbalized it to them. Meghan, Kristin, and Co. were, hands down, the best investment we made for our backyard wedding. We knew we were in over our heads the minute we started planning our wedding last summer, so we reached out to them for assistance. They were phenomenal throughout the year leading up to our wedding—suggesting vendors, calming nerves, making site visits when we couldn’t. At one point, one vendor wasn’t cooperating and Meghan and Kristin’s words were, “we don’t have time for this,” and swiftly moved on to the next vendor without batting an eye. Their attention to every little detail is amazing (seriously, you should see our wedding day timeline—it’s hanging on the fridge like a work of art).
