MEGHAN JUSTICECO-OWNER | PLANNER & DESIGNER
Co-owner of Kyle Michelle Weddings, a sufferer of book hangovers and a potato chip aficionado.
I am originally from Florida and went to college at Florida State University (GO NOLES!)-where I fell in love with literature and the beautiful worlds that can be created on the page. While attending college, I worked at a country club, which is where I got my feet wet in the wedding industry. After college I moved to NYC to start a job in the fashion/design industry. I married the three together (see what I did there?) and now plan and design fairytale worlds as weddings and events in the best city in the world...and also Philadelphia and Florida ;). I love to travel and learn about people's traditions and cultures which allows me to bring unique aspects to each wedding and event. The never-ending possibilities of design and my enchanting couples fuels my passion daily- I'm extremely lucky to do what I love and love what I do! |
KRISTIN PHALINESCO-OWNER | PLANNER & DESIGNER
I now call New Jersey home, but I was born and raised in Florida. I moved to North Carolina for high school and remained there until I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I fell in love with wedding planning while planning my own wedding in 2004 (yes, I have been married for 20 years) and have been happily married ever since. We have two beautiful children and two spoiled, rotten dogs who are, no doubt, currently chewing something up.
Owning my own business was always a dream of mine, and Meghan and I went all in to fulfill that dream. Wedding planning is now my career, but even more than that, it is my passion! I truly love what I do and can't wait to meet new couples, watch as their day becomes a reality, all the while knowing I had a part in making that happen. |
SAM IRALDIDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & PRINCIPLE PLANNER
I graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Psychology. I'm 100% a homebody and love my hometown in NJ. I love getting to know new people and form relationships with our clients! This job is something special and seeing our couples' visions come to life makes all of the hard work worth it!
I'd say I'm sort of a perfectionist when it comes to organizing and planning. You can usually find me either straightening up the office or writing next weeks schedule into my weekly planner, with my daily 16oz WAWA coffee close by. I have come to love weddings thanks to many movies, television shows and especially from attending family weddings myself. I have always been the oldest cousin in my family and when I was younger, I was a flower girl in almost all of my aunts’ weddings. I'm not only excited to plan my own wedding when the time comes, but to be involved in the best day of a couple's life. |
ERIN MCCONVILLEPRINCIPLE PLANNER | DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
Hi, I’m Erin, your personal Wedding Architect! I have a degree in Fashion Design and Business from Montclair State University. My 2019 summer internship with Kyle Michelle turned into a job, like a whirlwind. I thought to myself, what’s bigger than designing clothing? Designing a wedding, it is! Here I am, 4 years later, as the Director of Events and Principal Wedding Planner.
I have always loved being creative, from sketching out clothing as a little girl, to planning family events like baby showers, weddings, and birthday parties. I have always had a unique side to me (+ a hint of perfectionist) which is why I am so excited to have a job where I can plan and execute the most perfect weddings/events. Rest assured, your wedding day will turn out exactly like your vision board. On the day of your wedding you can find me strapped up with a fanny pack, headset, paired with a coordinating blazer. When it comes to your wedding day, I am there for you, whatever you need, you got it! I pride myself on not saying no to the important things on the day, if that means you need my socks, I’ll take them off of my feet! What do weekends off look like for me, you ask? Well, I'm usually at the yoga studio, whether I’m teaching or taking, I love to fill my cup back up, with some intuitive movement. After that, I’m headed to my favorite coffee shop, Wild & Co, with my dog Sunny, or eating chips and guac on the beach, always with a good book in hand. Depending on the day, I love a good Netflix binge! I am thrilled to be able to meet new people, explore new cultures, and most importantly, capture the most important day of a couple’s life! Work hard, play hard! |
PAIGE CARREROPRINCIPLE PLANNER | DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL MEDIA
I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Meeting & Events Management. After graduation, I ran to New York City to work in the corporate event planning industry and spent three unforgettable years living there. But being the South Jersey girl that I am, I moved back home.
Coming from a big family, holidays and events were always a large part of my life. So the fact that this is now my career path; to help create, design, and be apart of those forever memories between families & friends, is truly a dream. They say if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life. And that could not be any more truer being a part of the Kyle Michelle Family. |
Jamy MershonASSOCIATE PLANNER
Hi, I’m Jamy! I graduated from Temple University with a degree in Marketing and Sales. I am currently getting my feet wet in wedding and event planning, so I can’t wait to soak up as much as I can interning at Kyle Michelle! Experiences have always been a big part of my life. Whether it was a Phillies game, concert, or family wedding, the energy and memories made at live events excites me every time. I have also always been one to keep organized and cross off my to-dos each day. With a strong attention to detail and forward-looking mindset, planning seems to be the perfect fit for me. I am very thankful for the opportunity to join these two passions of events and planning. I now can’t wait to be a part of and help create beautiful memories with each couple! |
Jenn WallaceASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF EVENTS
I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in English Literature. While there I worked at the civic center (had to pay for my book addiction) planning events and concerts. I fell in love with the spontaneity of a day and knew I wanted to continue in the event industry. After college, I started managing the food and beverage departments at various country clubs in Florida. I loved creating events from welcome back mixers, to golf tournaments, to extravagant weddings. Each perfectly executed detail that comes together gives me so much joy for the client! When I'm not working, you can find me lost in fantasy novels, drinking my mocha latte and praying for a cool, rainy Florida day! |
